Unga  mweupe                                             1 ½ kikombe

Siagi                                                            10 vijiko vya supu

Sukari ya brown (soft brown sugar)              ½ kikombe

Baking powder                                             1 ¾  kijiko cha chai

Mayai                                                           2

Maziwa                                                        ¼ kikombe

Walnut zilokatwakatwa (chopped)                1 kikombe

Mdalasini wa unga                                        1 kijiko cha chai

Chumvi                                                        ¼ kijiko cha chai

Vanilla                                                        ½ kijiko cha chai


Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika


  1. Weka siagi nje iwe laini (katika room temperature)

  1. Washa jiko la oveni kiasi cha 350°

  1. Weka siagi katika bakuli ipige hadi iwe laini.

  1. Tia mayai uendelee kupiga

  1. Tia vitu vikavu vyote .

  1. Tia maziwa kisha walnuts  

  1. Paka siagi katika treya ya kupikia keki iwe size ya kiasi inchi 8 au 9

  1. Mimina mchanganyiko wa keki

Pika kwa muda wa dakika 35-40,  iangalie kama imeiva kwa kutia kijiti na kukitoa ikiwa kavu tayari, epua na iache ipoe.
