Namna Ya Kutayarisha  
1.       Katika bakuli, tia mtindi, changanya vizuri na maji na chumvi.
2.       Tia thomu uliyosaga.
3.       Katakata nyanya, pilipili boga, kitunguu maji, celery na parsely, vipande vidogodogo.
4.       Tia mchanganyiko wa maharage
5.       Nyunyizia jiyrah (cummin powder)
6.       Tayari kuliwa na mikate ya pita au wali wa mboga.
